"Other Data" consists of three sections: “Vendor/Publisher,” “Courses,” and “View Archives.”

Vendor/Publisher

"Vendor/Publisher" allows you to:

• Create a list of vendors from whom instructional materials are purchased
• Link materials to the respective vendor/publisher
• Store vendor-/publisher-specific contact names and information

Courses

"Courses" allows you to:

• Review all courses and their respective enrollment information (imported into Instructional Materials Management from the Student Information System every 24 hours, on average)
• Edit and/or create book-course relationships (this ties the enrollment to an ISBN and allows for the calculation of eligibility numbers)

View Archives

"View Archives" allows you to:

• Search for "Consumable" (a material type) distribution histories to campuses archived through the "Closing" process
