Campuses allows the establishment and management of sites using instructional materials within your district. A quick report can be printed from the details page for the respective campus. Review “Campus Reports” in Reports for additional reports.

Print a Campus Transaction Report
The "Campus Transaction Report" provides a list of all transactions (including campus requisitions and adjustment requests) to and from the district for the respective campus.
- Click on Campuses, located in the navigation bar.
- Search for the desired campus.
- Click on Details, located on the campus's row. This opens the respective "Campus Details” page.
- Select Campus Transaction Report in the “Quick Reports” drop-down menu.
- Click on Print. This opens the report in a PDF reader.
- Using the PDF reader's controls, you can print or save the report.
Print a Campus Needs by Title Report
The "Campus Needs by Title Report" provides a list of ISBNs, inventory counts, eligibility counts, and the respective over or short quantities (this report is dependent on established book/course relationships).
- Click on Campuses, located in the navigation bar.
- Search for the desired campus.
- Click on Details, located on the campus's row. This opens the respective "Campus Details” page.
- Select Campus Needs by Title Report in the “Quick Reports” drop-down menu.
- Click on Print. This opens the report in a PDF reader.
- Using the PDF reader's controls, you can print or save the report.
