Export Data

Reports in Instructional Materials Management provide access to district-level data about instructional materials. Reports are organized by category and can be viewed, filtered, sorted, printed, or exported. These reports exclude campus-owned materials and are designed to support inventory tracking, auditing, and data analysis across the district.

Note: Most reports support filtering and sorting within the application. If filtering is not available, you can export the report and analyze the data in a spreadsheet application such as Excel.

Export Data to CSV File

  1. Navigation:
  2. District View
  3. Reports
  4. Export Data

Some reports can be exported as CSV files for use in spreadsheet applications. If the Export Data icon is grayed out, CSV export is not available for that report.

  1. Click Reports icon Reports.
  2. Select a report category using the Select Report Category dropdown.
  3. Click Export Data icon Export Data for the desired report.
  4. Open the CSV file in a spreadsheet application to view, edit, save, or print the data.

Export Data to Excel (XLS) File

Some reports support export to Excel (XLS) format. These options are available from the “Report Filters” screen.

  1. Click Reports icon Reports.
  2. Select a report category using the Select Report Category dropdown.
  3. Click Filter icon Filter for the desired report to open the “Report Filters” page.
  4. Apply filters as needed to refine the report data.
  5. Click Export to Excel icon Export to Excel to download the report.
  6. Open the XLS file in a spreadsheet application to view, edit, save, or print the report.

Note: To open CSV or XLS files, your device must have a spreadsheet application installed, such as Microsoft Excel.
