Search by Accession Number

Find a Book provides multiple ways of finding the item you are researching. The “Accession Number” displays a list of people and their respective distribution status matching the desired accession number.

Instructional Materials Management requires unique accession numbers district wide. The accession number is displayed on each of the labels printed in the Instructional Materials Management application.

Find A Book can search partial accession numbers and will display all relevant accession numbers and their respective details.

1. Click on Find A Book, located in the Navigation Bar.
2. Accession is the default in the “Search By” drop-down field. Search for the desired accession number.
3. The search results appear on the lower half of the screen.
4. Click Refresh to refresh the grid data and start another search.
5. To leave the Find A Book page, use the Navigation Bar.
