Process Campus Transfer Items Requested

"Campus Transfers" allows the quick and easy shipment of instructional materials from one campus within the district to another campus.

If the source campus has less than the amount requested to send the target campus, the requested campus or the district may deny the request for the item, then add another transfer request with the smaller quantity the source campus is willing to/able to send.

Pro Tip: Only click on Transfer Ticket when you are ready to gather, box, and ship the materials requested. Print two copies of the Transfer Ticket. Include one copy inside the box as a Packing Slip and tape another copy to the outside of the box, as it shows shipping and receiving addresses as well as the contents of the box.

How to Ship the Requested Campus Transfer Materials to the Target Campus

  1. Click on inventory.png Inventory, located in the Navigation Bar.
  2. Under the Transfers subcategory, click on Campus Transfers. This opens the "Campus Transfers” page.
  3. Search for the desired transfer.
  4. Click on mglass.png Details.
  5. Locate the desired campus and ISBN transfer request to ship.
  6. Click on pickticket.png Transfer Ticket, located in the same row, and print the Transfer Ticket. This changes the ISBN's status to "In Transit."
  7. Include a copy of the Transfer Ticket in the shipment.
  8. Ship multiple titles for the same transfer by repeating steps 5 through 7.
  9. Click on back.png Previous Page to return to the "Campus Transfers” page.
Note: The district can edit the transfer; however, after a Transfer Ticket is produced, "In Transit" ISBNs will not allow edits.
