"Campus Transfers" is a district-enabled feature allowing campuses to request, ship, and receive instructional materials directly to and from another campus within the district.

If you are contacted by another campus and asked whether your campus has copies of a particular title available, use this process if you and the other campus coordinator decide you (the sender) will process the transfer. In this case, the other campus did not send you a transfer request through Instructional Materials Management application.
- Click on
Inventory, located in the Navigation Bar.
- Under the "Transfers” subcategory, click on Campus Transfers. This opens the "Campus Transfers” page.
- Click on
Add. This opens the "Create Campus Transfers” page.
- Select
Send Textbooks.
- Search for the desired target campus.
- Click on the campus's Name. The row highlights orange.
- Click on
Next. This opens the "Campus Transfer ISBN" grid.
- Enter any notes relevant to the transfer request into the Notes field.
- Search for the desired ISBN to request.
- Click on the Title. The row highlights orange.
- Review the "Copies Needed” field to verify your campus qualifies for the extra copies of the ISBN you are requesting.
- Review the "Available For Transfer” field to verify whether your campus has available (not in use) copies to ship.
- Enter the desired quantity into the Copies field.
- Click on
Add. This adds the ISBN to the transfer.
- Add multiple titles by repeating steps 9 through 14.
- Click
Save. This returns you to the "Create Campus Transfers" page.
- When you have the materials gathered and boxed, ship the materials.
