View Archives allows the review of closed records. "Consumable" (a material type) distributions to campuses become closed through a closing processes.

  Item	Description
  SLC (State List Code)	State-assigned numbers for groups of instructional materials
  ISBN	Displays the International Standard Book Number assigned to the instructional material (generally a 10-to-13-digit number)
  Title	Displays the instructional material's assigned name
  Status	Displays the distribution status (DIST) of the item issued to the respective campus prior to being archived
  Date Modified	Displays the date the record changed due to being archived
  Copies	Displays the quantity archived on the date modified
  Price	Suggested replacement price for a single copy
