Funding Source Overview

Funding Sources are district-wide categories assigned to vendor orders for additional copies of instructional materials. This allows the tracking of funds and inventory. Funding sources are used as filters for several inventory reports (such as "Vendor Order Report").

Campuses can add to this list and edit the details within existing funding sources.

Create Funding Sources Page

Item Description
Funding Source Required field for the name of the new funding source
Description Optional field for additional funding source-related information
Existing Funding Sources Displays a list of existing district-wide funding sources as reference
Save save.png After entering the desired funding source information, this creates a new funding source

Edit Existing Funding Sources Page

Item Description
Select Funding Source Allows the selection of an existing funding source (utilized district wide)
Description Optional field for additional funding source-related information
Funding Source Provides the name of the funding source
Save save.png After editing the desired funding source's information, this saves those changes
