Frontline Inventory & Help Desk Management

Add ISBN via Master Titles

Master Titles allows the district to add an ISBN in Instructional Materials Management by providing lists of instructional materials to choose from. If the desired ISBN is in one of the many lists (broken down by state), bringing in the ISBN through Master Titles additionally brings in multiple ISBN related fields without the need for manual data entry.

Master Titles is one of the two ways to add an ISBN not currently in use in the district in Instructional Materials Management. See Adding New Instructional Material for more information.

If reporting on purchasing instructional materials and funding sources are important, use a zero starting quantity when adding the new ISBN to the district's inventory. Then utilize Vendor Orders to bring in quantities and document purchasing information.
Add multiple ISBNs at one time by searching for the desired ISBNs and clicking on select all.jpg Select All (located in the blue header bar). This selects all ISBNs displayed in the Titles grid and makes them eligible to be transferred to the Inventory grid.
