Below are instructions for setting up a Zebra Printer in Instructional Materials Management.
The computer where the application is installed must be able to communicate with customer.tipwebhss.com on ports 60173, 50002, 50004 depending on which SDQL Server Name you are instructed to use.
Contact Frontline Support to determine which port to use.
This may require the district's IT department to allow this on the computer firewall.
Select the Zebra Module on the user's desktop. This will open the Printing Module at the Settings screen.
If the Zebra print module for Instructional Materials Management screen appears first, you will need to select the settings button.
Steps for Setup
- Enter the SQL Server Name. (Frontline Support will guide you on which one to use.)

- SQL Database Name (provided by Frontline Support)
- Zebra Printer Share (you should be able to select from the drop-down menu)
- Select Apply
If the Zebra is not installed on a true Print Server:
Before printing, you will need to set up the printer.
- Locate the Zebra Printer by going to Start > Control Panel > Printers and Faxes
- Right click on the Zebra printer and select Properties.
- Select the Sharing Tab.
- Select Share this Printer.
- Name the printer in the Share name field.
On the Zebra Printing Module Settings, the Full Computer Name\Share name of the Zebra printer should be included. The name is case sensitive.
Find your Computer Name
Your computer's name can be found by right clicking on the My Computer icon on your desktop and selecting Properties.
