Finalizing a Site Audit

Before District Admin can begin reconciliation on site audits, those audits have to be approved.  This must be completed from the site view. After an audit is finalized, sites will not be able to edit information in the audit.

  1. Select "Audits" in the top navigation bar.
  2. Select "View Site Audits" in the Audits drop down menu.
  3. Select "audit" and click the "Approve Audit" icon above the grid header.
  4. Confirm the audit approval.

Best Practices

Only approve audit after all rooms, staff, or student audits are complete and site edits have been made.
