Reporting

Help Desk provides a variety of reports to provide analytic insight. The All Tickets Grid also provides an option to export ticket data to use for reporting.

Analytics - System Reports

  1. Click Analytics in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
  2. Choose the Select a Report drop down menu to choose a report.
  3. Enter a date range by selecting a start and end date, or choose a time frame from the time frame drop down menu.
  4. Click Run to generate your report.

Analytics - My Reports

  1. Create a System Report.
  2. In the Run menu drop down, select the "Save As" option.
  3. Provide a name for your report.
  4. Your report will be generated and will be available to view in the Select a Report drop down menu under My Reports.

Analytics - Report Options

The following report options are available in Help Desk.

Format Description
Grid Data is displayed in a grid format.
Charts Data is displayed in various charts, including: Column, Bar, Line, Scatter, Pie, Stacked Column, and Column Line.
Format Allows the formatting and conditioning of cells.
Export Print file or export to the following formats: CSV, Excel, PDF, and Image.

All Tickets Grid - Report Options

Use filtering in the All Tickets Grid to create a data subset for reporting.

Export to Excel

  1. Click Export to Excel above the blue header in the tickets grid.
  2. Open the downloaded file and save.
