After students have graduated or left the district, it is recommended that all records associated with those students are moved to an archived status. The following is step-by-step instructions for archiving students after graduation.
Who can use this feature?
- Choose Archive in the left-hand side navigation.
- Select "Students" from the Archive drop down.
- Filter students by sites or grades.
- Click the Go button and confirm the archive.
Reconcile all outstanding balances or distributions of out-going students so they will not be part of the active student list at the beginning of the new year.
