Bulk Change Statuses from "In Use" to "Available"

If the tags are located in a room with the status of available, you can bulk edit the status from "In Use" to "Available".

Who can use this feature?

  • Admin, Site Admin, or user with access to Tags grid

To begin, navigate to the following:

  1. Tags
  2. Location: Rooms
  1. Choose the "In Use" status. You can also filter by product name/type or room number within the advanced filters.
  2. Click GO.
  3. Once you have queried the needed tags, select Bulk Edit > Status Change > Available.

Assets issued out to Staff or Students will need to be collected via the Quick Collect link under Tools (at the Site View).
