Setting Notifications for Users

 Access & Visibility: This article applies to the Administrator user type.

GH notifications are set to send emails to users on certain status changes or when comments are added.

Settings for users to receive email notifications:

  1. Assignment of ticket
  1. Comment added to a ticket

  4. Status Changes section
  1. All ticket statuses including approval process
Note: Email notifications to users when a technician leaves a comment, allows the user to reply to the email.  That reply becomes a comment in the Public Comments of the Activity section of the ticket.
