The Asset Management Home page provides a customizable dashboard based on each user’s permissions. The dashboard can display alerts, quick links, application notifications, charts, and districtwide information to help users monitor asset activity and access common tasks more efficiently.

Issue to Staff
Allows an administrator to issue an item to a staff member at any site
Issue to Students
Allows an administrator to issue an item to a student at any site
Print Tags
Allows an administrator to print new asset tag labels by defining a tag header, setting margins, and selecting a print quantity. These tags are then applied to tracked items.
Quick Collect
Allows an administrator to collect items issued to staff or students by assigning them to a room or transfer at any site
Status Import
Allows an administrator to change the status of multiple tags listed in a spreadsheet. Supported status changes include "Auctioned," "Disposed," "In Repair," "In Use," "Recycled," "Returned to Vendor," "Sold," "Surplus," and "Used for Parts."
Transfer History
Allows an administrator to search for, view, and print transfer tickets for all site-to-site transfers across the district

Charge categories used by sites when assessing fees for damages or when a charge is required before an item can be issued

Email Notifications
Allows an administrator to define which email notifications are sent to users
Funding Sources
Funding categories used to associate each asset with the source used to purchase it
Integration Settings
Allows an administrator to integrate Asset Management with systems such as Google Workspace for Education and JAMF MDM
Model End of Life
Allows an administrator to manage end-of-life information for items in the catalog
Report Settings
Allows an administrator to customize receipt and audit report language used for distribution, collection, and compliance reporting
Room Types
General categories used to label different room types within a site
Users
Allows an administrator to manage users who have access to Asset Management
Vendors
Individuals or companies that provide goods or services to the district, similar to suppliers

Sites
Displays the physical locations defined by the district and provides access to preconfigured site inventory reports
Tags
Allows an administrator to use “Basic” and “Advanced” filters to search for tags and save, share, view, and print reports based on those filters
Audits
Allows an administrator to initiate, monitor, and reconcile inventory audits
Quick Search
Allows a user to quickly search for a specific tag, serial number, student, or staff member
Help
Opens the Frontline Learning Center, where users can access articles and videos for training and troubleshooting

Panel Display Reports
Note: Items in panel charts are interactive and can be toggled on or off. Click an active item in the legend to hide it. Click an inactive item to show it again.

Quadrant
The dashboard includes four quadrants that can each display a preconfigured report. Users can choose both the report shown in each quadrant and the order in which quadrants appear. These preferences apply across all sites the user can access.

Allows users to customize dashboard panels to display preconfigured reports, including statistics, notifications, and login information

Notifications
Shows audits, tags, transfers, and created tickets that require user action, with links to the related records
Purchasing: Outstanding Tags to Receive
Shows the quantity of tags waiting to be received on purchase orders. Filters include "Tagging Overdue By" and "Purchase Date Range."
Inventory Statistics
Shows asset quantity and monetary value for all or selected inventory, including "Total," "Available," and "In Use." Filters include "Regions" (if enabled), "Sites," and "Product Types." A downloadable .csv file is available.
New Tags Received
Displays recently received tags. Filters include "Product Types," "Funding Sources," and "Date Range." A downloadable .csv file is available.
Site Transfer
Displays transfers based on selected filters. Filters include "Transfer Type," "Origin Site," "Destination Site," "Funding Source," "Product Type," and "Date Range." A downloadable .csv file is available.
Tag Distributions
Shows a breakdown of tag locations by percentage and quantity
Tag Status Change Over Time
Shows tag status trends over time based on selected statuses and date ranges
Tag Status Breakdown (Rooms)
Shows the status of tags assigned to rooms across the district
User Login
Displays user login statistics. Filters include "Region" (if enabled), "Site," "User Role," "User Type," and "Date Range." A downloadable .csv file is available.
