Report Settings

Report Settings allows the administrative level to add information that displays on specific reports.

Collection Receipt

Asset Management allows the creation of "Collection Receipts" to confirm the return of items distributed to a student or staff member. If desired, "Collection Receipts" can be automatically uploaded to students / staff once they are digitally signed. "Collection Receipts" can also be sent to a tag’s "History" by selecting the feature under "Collection Receipt Upload."

Administrators can personalize the "Collection Receipt" by adding a district logo that is included in the body of receipt.

  1. Click Report Settings under "Management Quick Links." The "Manage Report Settings" window opens.
  2. Click on the Collection Receipt row. The grid expands.
  3. In the "Collection Receipt Upload" section, select/deselect Automatically upload signed distribution receipts to student or staff member.
  4. In the "Collection Receipt Upload" section, select/deselect Automatically upload signed distribution receipts to the distributed tag.
  5. In the "Collection Receipt Logo" section, click Browse to locate saved logo.
  6. Select the logo file name. The logo file name populates in the "File Name" field.
  7. Click Upload Image.
  8. Select Staff or Students in the "Receipt Text For" drop-down menu.
  9. For each receipt type above, enter text in the Collect Receipt Text body using the text editor. This boilerplate text will appear at the top of every "Collection Receipt."
  10. Click on save.png Save.
  11. Click on x.png Close to close the "Manage Report Settings" window.

Auto Compliance Report

Asset Management allows the creation of an "Auto Compliance Report" that outlines the outcome of an audit and displays on all "Audit Compliance Reports."

  1. Click on Report Settings under "Management Quick Links." The Manage Report Settings window opens.
  2. Click on Compliance Report to expand this section.
  3. In the "Compliance Report Text" section, enter information to appear on all "Audit Compliance Reports." Use the rich text editor to customize the text.
  4. Click on save.png Save. The message following message displays: "All preference changes have been saved."
  5. Click on x.png Close to close the "Manage Report Settings" window.

Distribution Receipt

Asset Management allows the creation of "Distribution Receipts" to identify current inventory issued to a student or staff member. "Distribution Receipts" are automatically uploaded to students/staff once they are signed. Digital signatures can be captured. The automatic delivery can be turned off and on. "Distribution Receipts" can be sent to a tag’s "History" by selecting the feature under "Distribution Receipt Upload."

Administrators can personalize the "Distribution Receipt" by adding a district logo to be included in the body of the receipt. Administrators can create text specific to "Staff" or "Students" for use in the "Distribution Receipt."

Pro Tip: Preferred pixel size for logos is 150x100 pixels. Any image below 150 dpi could have pixilation.

  3. In the "Distribution Receipt Upload" section, select/deselect the box next to Automatically upload signed distribution receipts to student or staff member.

  5. In the "Distribution Receipt Logo" section, click Browse to locate a saved logo.
