When evaluating the charges for students and staff at the close of the school year, a Charge Listing Report is available from the site view. This report provides a listing of the students and their respective charges (satisfied or unsatisfied). It combines all respective payments for a charge into one Amount Paid field.
Creating a charge listing report
- Navigate to the Student Grid in Site View.
- Filter the grid for a specific data set, like homeroom or grade level.
- Choose the Student Report drop down and select Charge Listing.
- Choose the status of inventory for the report.
- Export the report in CSV format and open it in your favorite spreadsheet software.
