Tickets contain a Contact Info section that includes information about ticket assignment and other groups or people who have access to the ticket.

|Assigned Technician||Reflects the technician assigned to the ticket|
|Submitted by||The name of the person submitting or requesting the ticket. The info card icon provides additional contact information upon click.|
|Service Groups||Shows assigned service groups. Click the manage option to assign a service group.|
|Followers||Shows followers of the ticket. Click the manage option to assign followers.|
