Tickets contain a Contact Info section that includes information about ticket assignment and other groups or people who have access to the ticket.

| Assigned Technician | Reflects the technician assigned to the ticket |
| Submitted by | The name of the person submitting or requesting the ticket. The info card icon provides additional contact information upon click. |
| Service Groups | Shows assigned service groups. Click the manage option to assign a service group. |
| Followers | Shows followers of the ticket. Click the manage option to assign followers. |
