Contact Info

Tickets contain a Contact Info section that includes information about ticket assignment and other groups or people who have access to the ticket.

Field Description
Assigned Technician Reflects the technician assigned to the ticket
Submitted by The name of the person submitting or requesting the ticket. The  info card icon provides additional contact information upon click.
Service Groups Shows assigned service groups. Click the manage option to assign a service group.
Followers Shows followers of the ticket. Click the manage option to assign followers.
