Edit Ticket Details

  1.  Navigation:
  2. Ticket Management
  3. Tickets

Access a Ticket from Help Desk Dashboard or the Ticket drop-down menu:

  1. Click Edit Details to access the "Edit" screen.
  2. Edit or update fields.
  3. To remove the ticket, click Remove.
  4. Click Update to save changes.

Note: "Edit Ticket Detail" is the only place to remove a ticket.
