Location Info

  1.  Navigation:
  2. Ticket Management
  3. Tickets

Access a Ticket from Help Desk Dashboard or the Ticket drop-down menu:

  1. Choose Edit beside "Location Info" to edit the information. 
  2. Enter Site and Room.
  3. Click Save to save changes.

Note: Editing Location information can be restricted through Technician Roles.
